Celebrating its 65th anniversary, the three-day event is being held Friday 28 July to Sunday 30 July at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire. This year, the dedicated Fishing Village will be showcasing top brands such as and Shimano, Yeti, Reuben Heaton, Eagle Claw, Fortis Eyewear and Dinsmores. The event will also see numerous coarse fishing celebrities descend on the estate including River Monsters star Jeremy Wade who will be giving casting demos, mingling with fellow anglers and signing copies of his books. Gone Fishing star Paul Whitehouse will be hosting Sunday lunch in The Investec Enclosure restaurant as well as appearing next to the lake along with carp fishing champions Brian and Martyn Skoyles. The Crown actor Jim Murray will also be appearing in the Carter Jonas Theatre to discuss the launch of his river conservation initiative – Activist Anglers.

Plus Angling Trades Association will be launching its exciting 'Get Into Fishing' campaign which will include fun kids’ activities and demonstrations from experts as well as competitions. For those new to coarse fishing, coaches from the Canal and River Trust and AAPGAI’s experienced instructors will help visitors catch their first carp, roach or bream on the lake – for free! The Environment Agency is also bringing a huge tank full of native fish for visitors to study up close plus there will be a roster of high octane talks in the Landing Stage theatre.

Rod licence holders will receive the discount code from the EA by email on 21 July.
